Martina White Continues to Earn Important Endorsements in Northeast:
Councilman-At-Large Denny O’Brien, PEG-PAC give her their support

PARKWOOD – After receiving the support of a host of labor unions, Martina White today announced that she has received the endorsement of City Councilman-At-Large Denny O’Brien, as well as PEG-PAC, the political action committee of the Pennsylvania Business Council.  White is the Republican nominee for the special election in Pennsylvania's 170th Legislative District, which will be held on Tuesday, March 24th.

“I served in Harrisburg and represented the Northeast.  I understand what is needed to be a strong voice for the people you represent.  Martina White has the experience, professional skills, and commitment to be a successful leader for the Northeast,” said O’Brien, who represented portions of the current 170th  District before being elected to City Council in 2011.

O’Brien – who was the first ever minority party Speaker of the House in Pennsylvania – also commented on White’s bipartisan and common sense appeal stating, “Martina believes that doing what’s right for the people of the Northeast means focusing on issues and saying no to partisanship and political games.  That’s one of the reasons I’m endorsing her and one of the reasons she has been endorsed by our police, fire fighters, labor unions, and business groups.”

Along with O’Brien’s support, White also earned the endorsement of PEG-PAC, the political action committee of the Pennsylvania Business Council.  The Business Council is an organization dedicated to helping attract new employers to Pennsylvania by building a more job-friendly environment in the state.  They endorsed White because they believe in her pro-jobs and economic growth focus, as well as know that as a professional financial advisor she has real-world experience to bring to the job growth effort.

“I think earning the endorsement of a trusted leader like Denny O’Brien, along with labor unions and business groups, shows that I am committed to progress for the Northeast, not politics,” White said.  “I am humbled by the support I have received, and will continue to work hard to meet the people of the Northeast and earn their support as well.”

  1. Hey you both really look good. Well I am very professional and so I have decided to give a nice but small office party on my birthday to my colleagues. Can you suggest me that should I book a DJ or it will be fine with food and drinks only in office?
